Legal Notice & Store Policy Agreement

By placing an order through EA & J Labs, including through our website, Shop, Shopify, Etsy, social commerce channels, or other authorized sales platforms, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the applicable store policies, product descriptions, processing times, shipping terms, return conditions, and disclaimers in effect at the time of purchase.

Made-to-Order Products

Many EA & J Labs products are manufactured, assembled, finished, or prepared specifically after an order is placed. Production times are estimates and may vary due to order volume, equipment availability, material availability, quality-control requirements, production failures, design revisions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Estimated production or delivery dates are not guarantees unless expressly agreed to in writing.

Product Variations

Due to the nature of digital manufacturing, finishing, assembly, and multicolor production, minor variations may occur between product photographs and the item received.

Variations in color, texture, layer appearance, surface finish, seams, support-contact areas, minor cosmetic imperfections, or component positioning that do not materially affect the intended use of the product are not considered defects.

Digital Manufacturing

Visible layer lines, minor surface inconsistencies, support marks, seams, and similar characteristics may be inherent to the manufacturing process.

EA & J Labs performs quality-control inspections and may repair, reprint, replace, or otherwise correct components that do not meet our functional standards at our discretion.

Cancellations and Changes

Orders that have entered production, customization, preparation, or fulfillment may not be eligible for cancellation or modification.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, specially sized, specially colored, or otherwise non-standard products may be final sale except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Returns and Refunds

Returns must comply with the return policy applicable to the sales channel through which the purchase was made.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, customization charges, and other non-product costs may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

Customers are responsible for returning products in the condition required under the applicable return policy.

Shipping

EA & J Labs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, incorrect customer-provided addresses, delivery restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Risk associated with carrier delays does not automatically create a right to cancellation or refund.

Claims involving lost or damaged shipments may require cooperation with the applicable shipping carrier.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs charges, VAT, brokerage fees, taxes, or other governmental charges imposed by the destination country unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout.

Intellectual Property and Licensing

Certain EA & J Labs products are produced under commercial licenses from independent artists, designers, or intellectual-property owners.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a physical product does not transfer any digital files, copyrights, trademarks, commercial reproduction rights, or intellectual-property rights to the purchaser.

EA & J Labs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by third-party game publishers or manufacturers unless expressly stated.

References to compatible games, scales, systems, or product types are intended solely to describe compatibility or intended use.

Tabletop and Display Products

Unless expressly identified otherwise, products sold by EA & J Labs are intended as tabletop gaming accessories, hobby products, collectibles, terrain, display pieces, or costume/prop accessories.

Products are not intended to function as protective equipment, safety equipment, weapons, structural components, or load-bearing devices.

Small components may present a choking hazard and are not intended for young children without appropriate adult supervision.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EA & J Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, misuse, modification, assembly, storage, transportation, or handling of its products.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, EA & J Labs' liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these policies is intended to waive or limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Policy Changes

EA & J Labs may modify its store policies periodically.

The policies applicable to an order are generally those in effect at the time the order is placed, except where a change is required by law, a marketplace provider, payment processor, shipping carrier, or other applicable service provider.

If any portion of these policies is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges acceptance of these terms and the applicable policies associated with the order.
